Have them hit your Medic one at a time with a baseball bat, and then unload on them afterwards. To grind this one, get a bunch of Scouts on the enemy team. Do this 50 times (not in a single life, that would be a nightmare) and you got it! It should be something you are doing anyways. Basically, if you see your medic begin to take damage on the little “being healed by” bar at the bottom, quickly turn around and find who is damaging your friend. This one takes a combination of luck, skill, and awareness of your attached Medic. Kill 50 enemies within 3 seconds of them attacking your Medic. Use it to keep track of how much damage you have taken. Tip: Remember that you have exactly 300 health, and that you overheal to 450 health.
